Benefits:
Benefits include 5 paid vacation days every 6 months for full-time employees working 40 hours a week. If you don't work 40 hours a week that's more than ok. We don't expect that; the math just breaks down a little differently for vaca hours earned.

Schedule/Time Off:
Our shifts are 8 or 9am to 3pm or 3pm to 8 or 8:30pm.

While we ask for advance notice, we're reasonable about time-off requests.  We want you to live your life. Additionally, team members have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

Layout​

We are a commission based salon.

For brand new stylists fresh out of school, we generally will do an hourly plus commission format until you are ready to fully be on commission.

 

We feel this is the strongest way for you to build. We want all of our team members to feel as supported as possible.
