What are your hours?

Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–9pm (hours may vary). Closed Sunday–Monday. Same-day booking available up to 1 hour before appointment time.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer silent or working appointments?

Yes! Select your preference when booking. We tailor conversation and environment to your comfort level.

How much does balayage cost in Canton?

Balayage ranges from $285–$475 depending on partial vs. full coverage and stylist experience. This is labor only; product charges calculated based on hair length and density. Free consultation for exact pricing.

What's the difference between highlights and balayage?

Foil highlights create brighter, more uniform color from root to tip. Balayage is hand-painted for softer, sun-kissed dimension with lower maintenance (10-14 week touch-ups vs. 6-8 weeks for highlights).

How often should I maintain balayage/lived-in blonde?

Lightening refresh: Every 10–14 weeks. Gloss/toner to maintain tone and shine: Every 6–8 weeks.

Do you do hair extensions in Canton?

What types of extensions do you install?

We specialize in hand-tied weft extensions because they're the most comfortable, customizable, and natural-looking. These are also called sew-in wefts.

Do you do tape-in extensions?

Can I get vivid/fashion hair color at your salon?

Yes! We specialize in blues, purples, pinks, greens, and all creative colors. Pricing: $75–$525 depending on placement and hair length. Typically requires pre-lightening. Free consultation required.

Do you specialize in curly hair cuts?

Yes! We offer dry or damp cutting based on your curl pattern, with shrinkage planning and at-home routine coaching. Curly cuts: $60–$105.

How much does gray coverage cost?

Root retouch for gray coverage: $65–$105. Recommended every 4–6 weeks. Blending options available for softer grow-out.

What does "labor only" pricing mean?

Listed prices cover your stylist's time. Color products (lightener, toner, treatments) are billed separately based on your hair length, density, and specific needs. Your stylist provides a complete quote during consultation.

Do you require deposits?

50% deposit required for services over 3 hours and all extension installations. Deposit applied to your final service total.

Can I book same-day appointments?

Yes! Book online at least 1 hour in advance when stylists have availability (Tuesday–Saturday).

Do you take walk-ins?

When stylists have openings, yes. We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot.

What's your cancellation policy?

48 hours notice required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% service charge. We understand life happens—just give us as much notice as possible.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely. We're an inclusive, judgment-free salon. Pronoun preferences, silent appointments, and sensory accommodations available.

Where do you park?

Free street parking on Main Street. Additional free public parking lots within 1-2 blocks of our salon.

Do you do men's haircuts and color?

Yes! Men's cuts: $25–$55. Men's color services: bleach & tone $75–$110, grey blending $40–$50, partial highlight $110–$160.

Do you do kids' haircuts?

Yes! Kids cuts: $40–$50.

How much should I tip my stylist?

Standard tipping is 18-25% of your service total. Tips are not included but greatly appreciated as our stylists are commission-based.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

How long will my appointment take?

Haircuts: 45min–1.5hrs. Color services: 1.5–4.5hrs. Extensions: 1.5–3.5hrs. Your booking confirmation shows estimated time.
